wildfire aesthetics is a physician-led medical aesthetics clinic seeking a professional, highly reliable, and patient-centered Clinical Support Specialist to work directly with and support our MD and NP injectors.

This is a robust, full-responsibility support role that is essential to the daily function of the clinic. We truly do not care what your professional background is or where you have worked previously. What matters most is that you have a proven history of showing up consistently, on time, prepared, and ready to work, and that you conduct yourself with trustworthiness, responsibility, and professionalism.

This role is well suited for someone seeking long-term employment in a medical environment, as well as individuals launching a career in nursing, medicine, or medical aesthetics—provided they already understand how to operate reliably and professionally in a workplace.

Start Date

  • Ideally April 1, 2026 (flexible for the right candidate)

Schedule (Non-Negotiable)

  • Monday – Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Fridays & Weekends: Closed

This role requires full availability during the scheduled hours. This position is not suitable for college students or individuals with other daytime commitments that would interfere with consistent availability.

This position works directly with and reports to the MD injector and CEO of wildfire aesthetics and supports our NP injector. Professionalism, discretion, and respect for medical leadership are essential.

Position Overview

The Clinical Support Specialist’s primary responsibility is to support the medical providers so they can focus fully on patient care. This role requires efficiency, attentiveness, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple demands calmly and professionally.

This position plays a key role in:

  • Patient experience and comfort
  • Clinical readiness and room turnover
  • Provider support and workflow
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Is friendly, joyful, and professional.
  • Has a documented history of reliability. This role is essential to every day-to-day thing we do and we can't do it without you.
  • Is trustworthy, responsible, and respectful.
  • Maintains a neat, polished, and professional appearance.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Understands a patient-inclusive mindset and can operate from a place without judgment regarding age, gender, identity and choice.
  • Can prioritize, and handle multiple demands during busy and slow days.
  • Is a self-directed worker who notices what needs to be done and follows through.
  • Approaches work with care, focus, and pride.
  • Is comfortable using social media and has at least moderate levels of comfort with computers including iphones, ipads, Mac platforms, printers, copiers and online platforms.

Social Media Support (Secondary Responsibility)

This may include:

  • Capturing behind-the-scenes content in the clinic
  • Assisting with educational or informational short-form content
  • Helping photograph or video provider-approved moments
  • Supporting content creation for Instagram and TikTok in alignment with clinic tone and guidelines
  • Organizing content for later posting by leadership or designated staff

This role is not appropriate for someone who is still developing foundational workplace habits such as punctuality, accountability, professionalism, or respect for feedback.
