We are a busy, multidisciplinary office offering Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Massage Therapy services. We're looking for a positive, motivated, and professional team player to join our growing practice in Tacoma. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in patients’ lives while supporting a dynamic team of healthcare providers.

Position Summary:
This hybrid role includes assisting providers with patient care, maintaining cleanliness in treatment rooms, prepping supplies, as well as providing front desk support including answering phones and scheduling appointments. You’ll be a key part of our all-star team, ensuring both clinical and administrative needs are met with excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist medical providers during patient visits
• Clean and prepare treatment rooms between sessions
• Organize and restock medical and therapeutic supplies
• Greet and check in patients, answer multi-line phone system
• Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
• Follow hygiene procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional clinic environment

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is interested in or has a basic understanding of chiropractic care
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment without becoming flustered
• Is a natural multi-tasker and detail-oriented
• Has strong computer skills (experience with ChiroTouch a plus!)
• Delivers excellent customer service and communicates well
• Works well in a team-oriented environment
• Is eager and willing to learn new skills and systems
• Prioritizes tasks effectively and is organized
• Enjoys a healthy lifestyle and has a passion for wellness
• Is open to personal growth and attending seminars with the team
• Is dependable, punctual, and reliable

Schedule:

• Varies by week (Saturdays required)
• Monday to Friday availability
• Every weekend
