Clinical Team Coordinator – United Neurology

Department: Clinical Lead Coordiantor
Reports To: Director of Operations

United Neurology is seeking a reliable, organized, and strong leader to serve as our Clinical Team Lead Coordinator. This role oversees clinical operations across multiple locations, supports staff performance, and ensures high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Retention

• Enhance patient satisfaction and follow-up compliance.
• Address patient concerns promptly.

Procedural Accuracy

• Ensure all diagnostics and procedures follow protocol with complete documentation.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Oversee daily clinic operations and resource allocation.
• Serve as the main liaison between providers, administrative staff, and management.
• Lead team meetings to support performance and efficiency.

Inventory Management

• Maintain and restock supplies and ensure equipment is ready for daily use.

Quality Assurance

• Review workflows and implement improvements to enhance patient care.

Patient Care Coordination

• Ensure seamless communication across departments for smooth patient transitions.

Staff Support & Development

• Mentor team members, conduct evaluations, and support training.

Communication with Director of Operations

• Provide regular updates on performance, needs, and operational concerns.

Qualifications

• Clinical or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to travel between assigned clinic locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
