Responsibilities

• Work within your scope of practice to provide various levels of care to residents
• Engage with residents to ensure they are living their best possible life
• Provide specialized care for residents living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or memory issues.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio licensure or certification as an LPN, CMA or STNA
• Experience working in nursing home, assisted living facilities, memory care facility, home health or hospice
• Dedication to continual learning on matters of dementia care
