Clinicial Case Manager

Position Overview:

The Cambridge Eating Disorder Center is seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented professional to fill our Clinician/Clinical Case Manager position in the PHP/IOP program in our Concord, NH location. This is a full-time, 8:30-5:00, Monday through Friday position. The Clinician/Clinical Case Manager consistent with the philosophy and objectives of CEDC.

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensed Or Licensed Eligible Clinician (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, PsyD. PhD., MSW)
  • Confident, articulate, and personable
  • Comfortable working with patients and families in person, via zoom, or over the phone
  • Comfortable conducting Group Therapy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the field of eating disorders
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work as a multi-disciplinary team member in a fast paced mental health environment
  • Experience CBT and DBT Modalities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy
  • Provide crisis intervention
  • Develop and update treatment plans, relapse plans, and discharge plans
  • Collaborate with patient providers and other outpatient providers
  • Complete clinical documentation as required for the appropriate level of care
  • Conduct initial evaluations and concurrent reviews with insurance companies
