Clinician (APRN)

We are a local, physician led in-person and telehealth platform, Cloudwell Health. We have an exciting growth opportunity for you.

We are currently looking to grow our team of clinicians to provide high quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Reliable and punctual response to calls and appointments (during your chosen shift)
• Assessment of patient intake forms in a timely manner
• Management, including but not limited to Prescription of medications and treatments, following standard of care
• Assessment of patient via video and phone consultations
• Communication of information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
• Maintenance of patient medical records in the EHR in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• M.D., D.O., NP, APRN
• Hawaii Licensure
• Maintenance of licensure
• Maintenance of Malpractice insurance with Telehealth coverage
• Advanced knowledge of treatment and drug interactions
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong attention to detail
