Key Responsibilities

• Handle warm transfers / qualified leads provided by Fronters.
• Conduct detailed conversations with potential customers to explain product or service benefits.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Close sales by overcoming objections and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activity.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company scripts, compliance rules, and quality standards.
• Build trust with customers through professional and confident communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year call-center sales / closing experience (preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (neutral or fluent accent is a plus).
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• Target-driven with a strong desire to earn high commissions.
• Basic computer and CRM/dialer knowledge.
