Outbound Sales Closer – SEO & Digital Marketing

We are a US-focused digital marketing agency helping businesses rank #1 on Google. Our outbound sales team calls US business owners directly and closes high-ticket SEO deals every day. If you can open a cold conversation and turn it into a signed contract, this role is built for you.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound calls to US business owners and decision-makers
• Prospect, qualify, and build your own pipeline from scratch
• Deliver compelling SEO service pitches tailored to each business
• Handle objections confidently and close deals on the call
• Follow up persistently with leads across multiple touchpoints
• Log all activity in CRM and hit daily call targets
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas

Who We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales experience (cold calling is a must)
• Excellent spoken English — confident, clear, and professional
• Thick-skinned and resilient — rejection does not slow you down
• Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to earn
• Familiar with CRM tools, dialers, and outbound sales workflows
• Knowledge of SEO or digital marketing is a strong advantage
• Must be available to work on-site during the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift

Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000/month
• Commission: Uncapped — per deal closed
• Top Earners: PKR 150,000 – 200,000/month
• Bonuses: Monthly performance incentives

Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM | On-site · Johar Town, Lahore
