Closer Sales Rep

Job Title: Closer Sales Rep (1099)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Closer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on Stem cell hair restoration services. (we will be implementing stem cell joint relief and pain management soon)

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients during scheduled consultations to discuss hair restoration options and packages
• Close sales and achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers during the on-going sales process to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Perform follow-up meetings with clients
• Provide excellent customer service
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Proven sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to close sales
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Able to work independently

Compensation:

• 1099 Commissions
• Estimated pay between $120,000 - $150,000+ (no commission cap)
• No travel required
• No cold calling
• Schedule is flexible based on booked consultations
