What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Examine titles and identify issues or defects like liens or encumbrances.
• Prepare title documents such as title commitments, closing documents, and insurance policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties involved to ensure smooth transactions.
• Coordinate closings and manage timelines to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay organized with accurate and detailed recordkeeping throughout each transaction.

What You Bring:

• 2–3+ years of experience in title processing
• 1-2+ years of experience as a closer
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Familiarity with title software (experience with Qualia is a big plus!)
• A desire to grow with a company and contribute to a positive team culture
