Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closers MVA position based in Mars BPO silk Center Rahmanabad Rawalpindi. The role involves Closing full call and patching with law firm effectively communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth escrow process management. The Closers MVA will play a key role in closing called and maintaining client satisfaction follow up with customers.

Qualifications

• Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Closings and Deals.
• Multy Tasking on computer.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in relevant industries or fields such as FE, Medicare, Auto and Home Security.
