OpenCloset is a premium closet management service based in Dubai, helping clients organize, digitize, store, and manage their wardrobes through one integrated ecosystem.

Our services include closet assessments, closet resets and decluttering, wardrobe digitization, climate-controlled storage, and on-demand delivery of stored items, alongside laundry coordination, tailoring, repairs, donation, and future resale services for fully digitized wardrobes.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Closet and Wardrobe Space Consultant to work directly with clients inside their homes and help them organize, reset, and manage their wardrobe space.

This is a hybrid role combining:

  • Closet organization
  • Customer experience
  • Wardrobe management
  • Operational coordination

You will help clients assess their closet space, reorganize and declutter wardrobes, identify items suitable for storage, and onboard them into the OpenCloset experience.

This is a highly client-facing role that requires professionalism, trust, discretion, organization, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

In-Home Closet Assessments

  • Conduct in-home closet assessments with clients
  • Identify wardrobe organization and optimization opportunities
  • Recommend which items should remain accessible at home and which are suited for OpenCloset storage

Closet Reset and Decluttering

  • Lead closet reset and decluttering sessions with structure and sensitivity
  • Help clients reorganize and optimize wardrobe space
  • Maintain a calm, organized, and respectful working environment inside client homes

Onboarding and Wardrobe Digitization

  • Coordinate wardrobe storage onboarding
  • Support wardrobe digitization processes
  • Guide clients through the OpenCloset experience

Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams
  • Coordinate with external service partners when needed
  • Flag operational issues and contribute to process improvements

Customer Experience

  • Maintain premium customer experience standards
  • Build long-term, trust-based client relationships
  • Handle client belongings with professionalism, discretion, and care

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working inside premium homes and interacting with high-end clients
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and operationally disciplined
  • UAE driving license preferred

Preferred Profile

Experience in any of the following is highly valuable:

  • Luxury hospitality
  • Professional wardrobe or home organization
  • Concierge services or lifestyle management
  • Premium retail
  • Customer experience or onboarding roles
  • Personal assistance to high-net-worth individuals

Fashion knowledge is a plus, but not required.
