Closet Designer- Account Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and design with a good understanding of the construction and renovation industry. This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective communication, design skills and being able to understand the best way to help each client with their individual needs. The Sales Representative will be responsible for both finding their own leads and taking appointments set by the company. We work in the Closet Storage Industry to include, Closets, Pantry Areas, Laundry Spaces, Home Office Areas, Dressing Rooms, Garage Spaces and any work related to Home Organization Closets and Cabinets. We have basic, mid level and Hi-End products. A large focus will be on establishing accounts and repeat business so you have reoccurring referrals and trade relationship work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and cold calling.
• Conduct in house design consults where you work one on one with each client to design beautiful spaces that help organize spaces better.
• Utilize CAD Software to design closets and other spaces for each home and to assist clients in visualizing their projects.
• Engage in high-end sales negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and increase brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions using our CRM Systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, renovation techniques, and new products.

Experience

• Previous experience in outside sales or inside sales within the construction or interior design industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with closet or kitchen design, renovation processes, and high-end sales techniques is advantageous.
• Proficiency in CAD software for layout design is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and friendly personality.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Basic math skills and ability to measure spaces.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
