Closet Designer/Sales Consultant

Our award-winning team, led by a nationallly recognized desinger, has been honored in being Best Closet Company in multiple award contests in recent years. Now we are looking for a motivated Designer & Sales Consultant who thrives in both creativity and business development.

Duties

This role is ideal for someong who enjoys designing beautiful, functional spaces and has the drive to build lasting client relationships through proactive sales. You will:

• Meet with cleints in their homes and our showroom to assis their needs, lifestyle, and style preferences.
• Create innovative custom closet and storage designs using design software, ClosetPro.
• Present solutions with confidence, turing design concepts into exciting sales opportunities
• Prospect and network to generate new business opportuniteis instead of relying solely on incoming leads.
• Manage projects from first consultation through installation, ensuring clients satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of design and industry trends to bring fresh ideas to your clients.

What we are looking for:

• Proven design experience wtih a portfolio of work
• confidence and enthusiasm in a sales-driven role-you love meeting people, networking and closing deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motived, proactive, and excited to generate your own opportunities
• Proficiency with design software a plus (ClosetPro, CabinetVision).
• Ability to balance cretivity with business results.
