We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Closing Agent to join our brokerage team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the final steps of transactions, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are thoroughly completed to facilitate smooth closings. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable in marine law, and committed to providing excellent customer service throughout the closing process. This position offers an engaging opportunity to work closely with clients, attorneys, and title companies to bring transactions to a successful conclusion.

Hybrid remote work environment could be a possibility for the ideal candidate.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
