This unique role offers the flexibility to set your own hours and coverage areas while conducting mortgage loan closings in borrowers' homes. Mobile Closing Attorney Responsibilities

As a Mobile Closing Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients and conducting mortgage loan closings with professionalism and precision.

• Travel to borrowers' homes to conduct mortgage loan closings.
• Guide clients through the closing process, ensuring all documents are explained and signed correctly.
• Review and draft legal documents as needed.
• Provide legal advice on mortgage loan transactions.
• Notarize all necessary documents.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved, including clients, lenders, and real estate agents.
• Ensure all documents are finalized accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Mobile Closing Attorney Qualifications

• Required:
• Current and valid Georgia (GA) Bar License.
• Current and valid Notary License.
• Laser Printer with Scanner/Fax capabilities.
• A professional, personable, and detail-oriented demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Attributes:
• Must enjoy driving and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to set your own hours and manage your schedule effectively.
