Vista Community Association Management is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. We specialize in providing full management services to homeowner associations.
Position: Closings Coordinator/Collections Admin
Responsibilities:
- Complete estoppel and questionnaire orders on a timely basis.
- Correspond with realtors, title companies, lenders and owners about closing matters.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain accurate homeowner records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide assistance to homeowners regarding payment processes and procedures.
- Process collections for delinquent assessments.
- Post payments to owner ledgers and bank deposits.
- Assist with mailing out collection letters and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.
- Strong administrative skills a MUST.
- Current notary a plus.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or relevant accounting coursework preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Positive daily attitude with a commitment to professionalism and customer service excellence.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Patience and ability to effectively communicate with homeowners.

Pay: $37,500.00 - $43,000.00 per year
