Duties

• Manage classroom environments to ensure safety, positive behavior, and active participation from students
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices in early childhood education
• Support children’s emotional well-being through behavior management techniques and child welfare practices
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and inform instruction
• Engage in ongoing communication with parents and guardians about student development and classroom activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education accommodations
• Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching physical education
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to implement behavior management techniques that foster a positive learning atmosphere
• Prior experience with private schools or early childhood programs is advantageous
• Certification or training in early intervention, literacy education, or special education is preferred
