Responsibilities

• Handle inbound or transferred calls from the qualifying agents .
• Explain the product/service offer clearly to potential customers.
• Close sales deals by convincing interested prospects.

• Accurately update CRM with customer information .
• Coordinate with verifiers and backend teams for order processing.

Requirements

Position: Sales Verifier

Responsibilities

• Verify customer information after a sale is closed.
• Confirm customer identity, order details, and consent .
• Ensure the sale follows company compliance policies .
• Record calls and maintain verification records .
• Identify and prevent fraud or fake orders .
• Coordinate with the closing and quality assurance teams .

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months call center experience preferred .
• Good listening and communication skills .
• Strong attention to detail .
