CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Contract Lead to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position ensures all platform activities comply with federal IT, cybersecurity, and contractual requirements while leading security and authorization efforts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards (FISMA, FedRAMP, Zero Trust)

• Lead development and maintenance of system security documentation and Authorization to Operate (ATO) package

• Coordinate and support audits and assessment activities

• Oversee implementation of security controls such as Role-based Access Control (RBAC) and encryption

• Serve as liaison for regulatory compliance and authorization processes

• Deep expertise in federal IT security frameworks and compliance

• Knowledge of cloud security architecture and controls

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience implementing Zero Trust architecture

• Familiarity with identity and access management systems (e.g., Login.gov, IAL2)

• Experience with continuous monitoring and compliance automation

• FedRAMP/FISMA training

• At least 5 years of Federal IT experience

• At least 2 years leading tasks of similar scope and size

• Experience supporting ATO processes

• Extensive background in technologies, network devices, hardware, and software

• Professional certifications commensurate with duties (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), GIAC (SANS) Certifications)
