Job Description: Cloud DevOps Support - Lead Programmer Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud DevOps Support as a Lead Programmer Analyst.

Experience should have 5 to 7 years of Cloud DevOps Support.
Experience on basic GCP Cloud, DevOps, Monitoring, Alerting and Logging, Work on Patching and Vulnerabilities in Unix systems.
Good understanding of Incident Management, Change Request Management, Jira, and ITIL processes.
Willingness to provide 24/7 customer support.
Availability to apply server patches on weekends and minimum knowledge on Cloud.
Ability to work on alerting and monitoring systems.
Need to work on the basic Cloud and DevOps services.
Good to have experience with Cloud DevOps.
Understanding on the SDLC.
Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report.
Should have good oral and written communication.
Should be a good team player.
Should be proactive and adaptive.
