Job Description:

Vivacious Hospitality is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer / Cloud Architect (Mid-Senior) to join our tech team. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure to support our hospitality services and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture roles, with a focus on cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and architecture design best practices.
• Strong understanding of networking, storage, and security in cloud environments.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable cloud solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize production and staging environments.
• Provide support for cloud-related incidents, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Maintain documentation for cloud configurations, workflows, and best practices.
