Cloud Engineer / Microsoft 365 Specialist

ey Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Administer and support Microsoft Azure services including identity, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud-based solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage user identity and access through Azure Active Directory and related security tools.
• Implement and maintain security best practices including MFA, conditional access, and compliance policies.
• Support migration projects to Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Provide technical support and resolve escalated issues related to Microsoft cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft cloud technologies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure services (VMs, Networking, AD, Security, etc.).
• Solid understanding of cloud security, identity, and compliance.
• Experience in Microsoft cloud migrations (on-premises to Microsoft 365/Azure).
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, AZ-305) are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem AD + Azure AD).
• Knowledge of backup, DR, and BCP solutions in the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
• Experience working in managed services or IT consulting.
