Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, and/or related discipline. In lieu of a degree an additional three (3) years' directly related experience will be considered.
Minimum of five (5) years' of directly related experience.

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies 2016, 2019, 2022 including installation, support and management

Comprehensive knowledge of Linux server environments and OS installation & management.

Comprehensive knowledge of most aspects of IT design & administration for on-prem, private cloud and public cloud solutions.

Comprehensive experience with multiple toolsets and technologies: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 3NA, Windows Severs, Linux Servers, AWS SysOps, VMware vSphere (ESXi)/NSX, Dell Hardware, Rubrik, Solarwinds monitoring, Azure, AWS, other Cloud based computing.

Comprehensive knowledge of fundamental networking/distributed computing environment concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.

Comprehensive knowledge of DevOps toolsets, such as GitHub, Terraform and Ansible.

Strong analytical skills and experience; ability to recognize, analyze and solve complex problems.

Ability to coordinate the work of third-parties to ensure effective and timely solutions for integration projects and day-to-day troubleshooting.
