Cloud Service Desk Analyst

Location : Remote Duration : Long term Sr Salesforce Architect Service Cloud Consultant Need min 15 + years experience . We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant with strong experience in case management, service console, workflows, and automation. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems. Experience in Lightning, Omni-Channel, and reporting/dashboard creation is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with business stakeholders are essential. Salesforce certification is preferred.
