We are looking to have a Cloud Services Admin to join our team! This role requires a rotating on-call schedule.

This Cloud Services Admin plays a critical role within the Technical Operations Center team, serving as the primary point of contact for all Tier 2 customer support across product offerings. This position is responsible for delivering world-class customer service by ensuring efficient and timely resolution of escalated cases. As a key escalation resource, this role provides expert guidance and mentorship to Tier 1, fostering a collaborative and high-performing support environment.

Functions/Responsibilities:

• Serve as an escalation point for Level II issues, working independently to resolve complex technical problems.
• Mentor Support Agents by providing guidance and skill development opportunities.
• Handle overflow customer calls, acting as a subject matter expert and ensuring accurate trouble ticket documentation.
• Participate in special projects and assignments as directed by leadership.

Requirements:

What you bring to the team:

• Administrative experience in 2 or more of the following technology areas: Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu, etc.). Hypervisors: Nutanix AHV, VMware ESXi, KVM Data Protection: Commvault, Zerto, Acronis, Cohesity, or other Backup/DR technologies. Public Clouds: Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services, Google. CloudTools: Monitoring or Security platforms
• Availability to consult, assist and/or perform after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations.
• Experience in a data center, service provider, or telecom environment
• Certifications in Cloud, Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Storage, and VDI strongly preferred

Education:

• Associate's degree or 2+ Years Professional Experience

Required License(s)/Certification(s):

• Must be able to achieve CJIS certification within introductory period of employment.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

This position may be performed in either a standard office setting or a home office environment. It requires prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer and other office equipment, and effective time management in a self-directed work environment. Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds may be required.
