Job Summary

• The Azure & OpenShift Cloud Engineer will be responsible for the design, deployment, administration, and optimization of DHA’s Microsoft Azure cloud services and OpenShift container platform. The role ensures availability, scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence of the cloud and container ecosystem while following ITIL-aligned managed services processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in enterprise cloud / infrastructure engineering.

Strong hands-on expertise in:

• Microsoft Azure administration
• OpenShift platform operations

Strong understanding of:

• Azure networking, identity, governance, backup/DR
• container orchestration and platform operations

Experience with automation and scripting:

• PowerShell, Bash, Python, Terraform

Monitoring and troubleshooting skills using:

• Azure Monitor / Log Analytics
• Prometheus / Grafana
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Experience working in managed services / SLA-based operations.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Azure: AZ-104, AZ-305.
• AWS: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate / Professional
• OpenShift / Containers: Red Hat OpenShift Administration, CKA.
• VMware: VCP-DCV, VCAP-DCV (Optional)
• ITIL: ITIL 4 Foundation

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
