Cloudera Engineer

We are currently hiring for a Cloudera Engineer to join a long-term enterprise Big Data project supporting large-scale Data Lakehouse environments in Saudi Arabia.

Location: KSA (Onsite)

Duration: 12–18 months

We are looking for engineers with strong hands-on experience in Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) and Hadoop ecosystem technologies.

Key technologies include:

• Cloudera CDP / CDH
• HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka, NiFi, Impala, YARN
• Cloudera Manager
• Linux Administration
• Data Lake / Big Data environments
• Real-time & batch processing pipelines
• Data governance & security implementations

The role involves:

• Installation, configuration, administration, and optimization of Cloudera platforms
• Managing scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines
• Supporting structured, semi-structured, and streaming workloads
• Integrating external systems and enterprise data sources
• Collaborating with architecture, governance, and analytics teams

Arabic-speaking engineers are preferred, though strong English communication is also considered.
