Job Overview

The Club Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the fitness studio, driving revenue, and ensuring excellent member experience. This role combines operations, team management, and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations and staff management
• Ensure smooth functioning of front desk, sales, and training teams
• Drive membership sales, renewals, and revenue growth
• Monitor cross-selling and upselling performance
• Handle escalated member issues and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain operational standards and compliance
• Prepare reports related to sales and club performance

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduation mandatory
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industry preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sales-driven and customer-focused approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
