Job Summary:

The Club Manager – F&B Service is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and driving profitability. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, including Russian-speaking guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets within the club
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service are maintained
• Lead, train, and supervise F&B staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize revenue
• Develop and implement service standards, SOPs, and training programs
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure quick resolution
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff for menu planning and execution
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Organize events, promotions, and special functions within the club
• Build relationships with members and VIP guests

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service standards and trends
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets

Language Requirement:

• Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
