With our expansion in Ambattur, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Club Manager to lead operations and ensure a world-class member experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the fitness club
• Lead, motivate, and manage the club team (trainers, front desk, support staff)
• Drive membership sales, engagement, and retention
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Implement company policies, processes, and operational excellence
• Monitor financial performance and achieve business targets
• Organize events, workshops, and promotional activities to boost brand presence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management / Fitness / related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in gym/fitness/health club management is an advantage
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Passionate about fitness, health, and customer service
• Target-driven, proactive, and team-oriented
