Clubhouse Director
NAMI Southeast Louisiana is hiring a Director for our Westbank Clubhouse and Case Management Programs that serve adults with mental illness is Jefferson Parish.

You have strong organizational skills, can assess and solve problems, and feel comfortable supervising a team.
Core duties and responsibilities: The Clubhouse Director – Westbank is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all clubhouse operations and Medicaid mental health rehabilitation services at the West Bank location as well as the Jefferson Paris Case Management Program. The position combines program management, staff supervision, direct clinical service, and oversight to ensure services are delivered effectively, therapeutically, and in alignment with the clubhouse model and Louisiana Medicaid standards.
Key priorities include managing staff, collaborating with the team's licensed clinician, maintaining daily program operations, supporting client intake and psychiatrist clinic days, ensuring timely documentation and Medicaid authorization compliance, and monitoring service quality through chart review and supervision. The role also contributes to broader organizational functions such as management meetings, clinical team collaboration, and CARF accreditation efforts.
The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with an LMSW or PLPC with three or more years of experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
Education required: Master’s in Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation, Criminal Justice, or other human service field. Master’s in Counseling or Social Work is preferred. Three years of experience working with individuals who are mentally ill is required.
