Clubhouse Restaurant Server

<Job Summary>

<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Club Caddie POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings.
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure efficient operations.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the dining experience.
• Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and proper serving techniques in both fine dining settings and casual environments like nightclubs or lounges.

<Skills>

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations.
• Familiarity with POS systems, order processing and cashiering.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service periods.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement.
• Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred for delivering elevated service levels.
• Competence in basic math for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management.
• Effective and positive communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff, hosts/hostesses, and management teams.
• Assisting in joining beverage cart or turnhouse when needed in a team atmosphere
