Clubhouse Staff

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team for the 2026 season. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional experience and maintaining a warm, welcoming atompsphere throughout the clubhouse.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• A Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
• Basic serving or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
• A Genuine interest in hospitality and guest service
• The ability to multitask and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, delivering exceptional customer service
• Take orders at the kitchen window and deliver food and beverages to members promptly and accurately
• Assist in executing event plans for the 2026 season, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front-of-house areas
• Collaborate with team members to foster a friendly, positive, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Experience in food service or cash handling is beneficial.
• Ability to work well with children and create a friendly environment for families.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
