It will be essential that you have experience from the five-star and volume hotel and restaurant sectors within the UAE as well as other key, dynamic international destinations
For the scope and challenges of this assignment, candidates will need to have held a similar position within a multi-outlet complex, including experience in the dynamic competitive market of the UAE.
The position reports directly to the General Manager: Responsibilities include managing a large team for over 12 restaurants, 15 event rooms, bars and venues servicing the local community plus over 760 rooms and apartments across an imposing complex of two hotels in Dubai.
