Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the Sales Distribution.
  • Build the distribution channel (Property Brokers, Chartered Accountants, Architects, Insurance Brokers, IFA’s etc) for lead generation.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Ensure for the required engagement on a daily basis.
  • Proper status updates / MIS of referred leads.
  • Knowledge series for better lead generation, understanding and control of business.
  • Team Hiring & Team Management (BDMs)
  • Hiring, Lead, motivate, and manage a team (Invest in team building & motivation through ideation & innovation) of Business Development Executives and Managers.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop a passion of performance and grow the talent pool.
  • Product, Policy & Process knowledge
  • Conduct and participate product training sessions to stay updated on new features and enhancements. Develop and share case studies and success stories to demonstrate product values.
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of all products and services offered by lenders
  • Understand and navigate each stage of sales process - Lead generation to closure.
  • Execute at speed while maintaining error free operations.
  • Revenue Targets
  • Track and report on monthly sales performance.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly & yearly revenue targets as identified by the sales plan.
  • Revenue from New acquisition.
  • Revenue from existing customers.
  • Overall Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies - Build pride and passion to protect, maintain and enhance BiggPocket (Aim Advisory Services Private Limited) image and reputation
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements of FI’s and Governing bodies like RBI, NHB etc

Job Requirements

  • Maintain the highest standards of honesty, integrity, transparency, accountability and responsibility.
  • Customer Service, Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channels.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies for client retention and acquisition.
  • Establish a process for collecting and communicating customer feedback to the Senior Management.
  • Cross-Sell & Collaboration
  • Offer Products based on customer needs by collaborating with other teams in BiggPocket for suitable product offering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
