Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Growth: Drive cluster-wide sales, meet targets, analyze performance, implement promotions, and monitor competitor activity.
• Operations Management: Ensure adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and health & safety standards.
• People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams; manage staffing, performance, and succession planning.
• Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first culture, resolve complex issues, and ensure consistent service quality.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to cluster strategy, manage budgets, and report performance to senior leadership.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive retail management experience, preferably in multi-site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
• Analytical skills for sales data and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of inventory control, visual merchandising, and operations.
• Ability to travel within the cluster and work collaboratively.

Core Duties

• Conduct store audits and operational reviews.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling for multiple locations.
• Manage budgets and control expenses.
• Support new store openings and marketing initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
