Role Overview

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for leading the complete business operations of the assigned micromarket in Navi Mumbai. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing on-ground teams, strengthening hospital and partner relationships, and ensuring smooth operational execution across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L and business performance of the assigned micromarket
• Drive revenue growth through hospital partnerships, referrals, and strategic tie-ups
• Build and manage strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and key stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and manage on-ground operations and sales teams
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, response time, and customer experience
• Monitor operational KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance
• Identify market expansion opportunities and implement growth initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, HR, Central Sales) for seamless execution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations

Candidate Profile

• MBA in Hospital Management (mandatory)
• 2–4 years of post-MBA experience in healthcare business, hospital operations, or medical services
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or city/cluster leadership roles is preferred
• Strong understanding of hospital ecosystem and healthcare operations
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive business outcomes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Backgrounds

• Sales & marketing teams from leading hospitals in Navi Mumbai
• City leads / cluster managers from ambulance or emergency medical service providers
