This role ensures the safety and security of guests, colleagues, assets, and facilities, while maintaining a welcoming and secure environment that meets company standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day security operations

Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, procedures, and protocols

Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.

Coordinate security coverage for events, VIP visits, and high-traffic periods.

Supervise, train, and develop the security team, ensuring high standards of professionalism and readiness.

Ensure proper crowd control, access control, and surveillance in all designated areas.

Collaborate with all the departments to ensure integrated safety measures.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and breaches; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.

Liaise with local authorities, emergency services, and regulatory bodies as required.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Oversee emergency preparedness plans, including evacuation procedures, fire safety, and marine-related incidents.

Manage security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Control departmental budgets, resources, and inventory of security equipment.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.

Minimum 5–7 years of security management experience, preferably within hospitality and resorts

Strong knowledge of outdoor security operations.

Certification in security management or relevant licenses (as per local regulations).

First Aid, Fire Safety, and Emergency Response certifications are preferred.
