Cluster Manager Roles and Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple outlets: Ensuring consistent operations and strategy alignment across locations.
• Driving performance improvements: Monitoring performance metrics to identify underperforming areas.
• Overseeing inventory management: Coordinating stock levels, placing orders, and analyzing sales trends.
• Developing strategic plans: Enhancing overall performance and profitability.
• Managing daily operations: Ensuring compliance with company policies and improving service delivery.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration: Aligning sales strategies and customer service standards across all locations.
• Monitoring retail processes: Timely adjustments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• To fulfill any other tasks as assigned by the management
