Cluster Manager Roles and Responsibilities
- Overseeing multiple outlets: Ensuring consistent operations and strategy alignment across locations.
- Driving performance improvements: Monitoring performance metrics to identify underperforming areas.
- Overseeing inventory management: Coordinating stock levels, placing orders, and analyzing sales trends.
- Developing strategic plans: Enhancing overall performance and profitability.
- Managing daily operations: Ensuring compliance with company policies and improving service delivery.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration: Aligning sales strategies and customer service standards across all locations.
- Monitoring retail processes: Timely adjustments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- To fulfill any other tasks as assigned by the management
