What you'll be doing

As Cluster M&E & Groups Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our Meetings & Events (M&E) and group sales efforts across our hotels. You will support a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the planning and execution of events, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring that each team member is empowered to achieve their full potential.

In this role, you will develop strategies to enhance our M&E offerings, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will coordinate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly, reflecting our commitment to warm and exceptional hospitality. Your leadership will inspire your team to meet and exceed targets while creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in M&E sales or event management, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
• Inspirational leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

• Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies within the hospitality industry
