Successful completion and Certification of a Medical Assistant Program High school diploma or equivalent required. One year experience in a Certified Medical Assistant Program, hospital, or clinical environment.

The Certified Medical Assistant responsible for assisting the health care provider. Work is performed under the direction of the Program Director as part of a health care team and performance evaluation is based upon completion of assignments and results obtained. Ensures that all care is provided as ordered by the physician.
