Ear, Nose and Throat Associates is seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered specialty practice where teamwork and quality care are our top priorities.

The Certified Medical Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position involves direct, one-on-one interaction with patients to collect and document clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. The CMA will also assist physicians with hands-on patient care and clinical procedures as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain accurate medical histories and vital signs
• Document clinical information in the EMR system
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
• Provide a welcoming and professional patient experience
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
• Prior experience with EMR systems preferred
• Experience in an ambulatory or specialty clinic setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
