Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant with experience working with Physicians, Office Staff and Patients remotely to join our team. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support via a professional manner on a phone. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure highest quality care. Bi-Lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessments and document medical histories

- Assist with patient education and provide information on medications, procedures, and follow-up care

- Provide administrative support

- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information

Experience

- Certification as a Medical Assistant required

- Work history with Heathcare Clinic preferred

- Knowledge of medical coding principles and practices

- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology
