Busy Pulmonary Practice Seeking Full-Time Experienced Medical Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled medical assistant to join our fast-paced pulmonary office. The ideal candidate will have strong documentation and communication abilities and a proven track record in clinical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients and preparing them for physician visits
• Recording and updating medical histories and medication lists
• Measuring and documenting vital signs
• Administering injections and performing spirometry tests
• Conducting lab procedures and phlebotomy
• Maintaining clean and organized exam rooms

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a medical assistant role
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with patients and staff
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 or 8 AM – 4 to 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 or 8 AM – 12- 1:00 PM
