Job Description

The position will support ongoing and high impact projects including new warehouse onboarding and stabilization, logistics provider transitions, service performance governance, and regional stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Managing warehouse and transport partners
• Supporting new vendor onboarding and go-live activities
• Supporting service performance, escalations and risk management
• Coordinating cross-functional and regional stakeholders
• Supporting inbound operations
• Supporting with half yearly stock count
• Supporting rate card comparison and filing

Qualifications

Relevant university Degree or Diploma (supply chain/logistics) preferred

1+ years of experience in supply chain industry

Experience in understanding and following health and safety guidelines

Good customer service and communication skills.

Good commercial insight and business acumen
