CMM Engineer

Create and modify CMM programs using CAD data and prints to perform dimensional inspections.

Set up and operate CMM equipment to measure parts and components according to established programs.

Perform detailed dimensional inspections, including first-piece and in-process checks, against blueprints and specifications.

Perform routine maintenance and calibration on CMMs to ensure they are operating accurately and efficiently.

Document inspection results, create reports, and communicate any discrepancies or nonconformities to relevant teams.

Expertise in operating CMM machines and using relevant programming and inspection software.

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Work effectively with other teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering.

While experience varies, a background in a quality control or manufacturing role, and knowledge of GD&T, are typically required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
