CMM Engineer

Location: Pune
Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CMM machines (Zeiss) for dimensional inspection
• Perform inspection of components as per drawings and specifications
• Create, modify, and run inspection programs using Calypso software
• Analyze inspection results and prepare measurement reports
• Ensure accuracy and calibration of CMM equipment
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for inspection requirements
• Identify measurement issues and support root cause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or relevant field
• Hands-on experience with Zeiss CMM machines
• Strong knowledge of Calypso software
• Good understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures
