Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace CMM Programmer / 1st Article Inspector to support quality assurance for mfg. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining CMM programs, supervising inspection personnel, and ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

CMM Programming & Inspection

• Develop, validate, and maintain CMM programs (CMM-Manager / PC-DMIS)
• Perform first article inspections (FAI) in accordance with AS9102
• Interpret complex aerospace engineering drawings and GD&T
• Conduct in-process and final inspections
• Troubleshoot CMM and measurement-related issues
• Maintain calibration and inspection equipment records

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of aerospace CMM programming experience
• Strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
• Experience with AS9100 quality systems
• Proficiency in reading aerospace blueprints and specifications
• Experience with first article inspection (AS9102)
• Strong problem-solving
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
