Your impact

• Execute and troubleshoot established CMM programs to ensure measurement integrity.
• Perform detailed inspections using an open plate setup and other precision methods.
• Flag, record, and communicate defects and non-conformances.
• Partner closely with production to resolve issues rapidly.
• Verify calibration/validation status and support preventive maintenance.
• Document inspection findings and test data with clarity and accuracy.
• Assist in creating and implementing quality control procedures.
• Participate in routine quality audits and assessments.
• Contribute ideas that advance process capability and product excellence.

What you’ll need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; extra quality credentials are a plus.
• 5–8 years of inspection/manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience running CMM programs is required.
• Sharp analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence reading blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency with precision measurement and testing equipment.
